At Deanna Venison, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size or color or a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To request this:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide a clear photo showing the issue
- Submit your request through our support channel at [your support email/form link]
There is no need to return the damaged product.
Multiple Defective Items
If your order includes multiple items with the same issue, we may request a photo or video showing all affected products in one frame for verification.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in print placement (within acceptable production tolerance)
Delivery Issues
If your order cannot be delivered successfully:
- You may choose a replacement order (additional charges may apply)
- Or receive a partial refund
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or store balance, depending on the payment method used.
